Strategy
Investing mainly in green bonds, the Fund complies with ICMA Green Bonds Principles and finances projects relating to the ecological transition. Revenues from the selected products make a positive impact on the climate and natural resources by significantly reducing the carbon footprint. The aim of the strategy is to ensure that the investments are in line with the EU Taxonomy.
Management commentary
In May, financial markets remain predominantly dependent on geopolitical events. Trade tensions between the US and its various trading partners have particularly impacted markets with a temporary reduction in tariffs that reassured investors about the medium-term outlook. As a result, the German 10-year yield has tightened by 6bps and closed the month at 2.50%. Risk premiums widened over the month by 12 bp.
