Strategy
The fund invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of Core and Core+ commercial real estate in Switzerland. The focus is on commercial properties in the economically strongest metropolitan regions. Investments are also made in mixed-use properties and other investments permitted under the fund contract. At least two thirds of the revenues come from commercial use. The strategy follows a buy-and-manage approach, which includes acquisition, active management and capital appreciation.
