Strategy

Der Fonds investiert in ein breit diversifiziertes Portfolio aus Core- und Core+-Geschäftsimmobilien in der Schweiz. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf kommerziell genutzten Liegenschaften in den wirtschaftsstärksten Metropolregionen. Ergänzend wird in gemischt genutzte Liegenschaften sowie in weitere gemäss Fondsvertrag zulässige Anlagen investiert. Mindestens zwei Drittel der Erträge stammen aus kommerziellen Nutzungsanteilen. Die Strategie folgt einem Buy-and-Manage-Ansatz, der den Erwerb, die aktive Bewirtschaftung und die Wertsteigerung umfasst.
